Meanwhile, the hamster in the wheel is going nowhere fast, always hectic, harried, hyperactive and hard at work.

The hamster in the wheel is like some humans—covering the same old ground again and again and again in a vicious cycle of religious rules, rituals and rigamarole. They may even think they're happy—yet their hamster wheel of religious legalism is all they’ve even known—until they accept God’s gift of grace and freedom through Jesus Christ!
