I like to do a little research before I support a ministry. Could you please answer the following question for me? Thanks in advance for your time and response.

Are Plain Truth Ministries offices positions of remuneration or are they volunteer positions without remuneration? If remuneration is given and if you supply/publish this type of financial information, could you please inform me of the amount of remuneration given for each position?

In today's environment I feel I need to ask these rather personal questions before making a financial commitment to support a ministry.

Dear Ron,

We appreciate your question. Plain Truth Ministries, in accordance with responsible Christian stewardship, engages the services of an independant accounting firm. We are in compliance with federal and state mandated accounting practices and laws for 501(c)(3) religious non-profit corporations.

Plain Truth Ministries has a payroll of five full-time individuals, in addition to part-time positions and contractors. Our employee compensation takes into account the cost of living in Southern California as compared with other areas in the U.S., and would be considered within the norm for the non-profit, ministry and church industry. We do not provide information regarding the specific salaries of our employees.
