I have a question about reincarnation. My father’s mother has been dead now for about 60 years. He thinks that his present wife’s granddaughter who is 4 years old is his reincarnated mother. Is this possible—to have your reincarnated mother as your adopted granddaughter? Or, is this relationship too close? I would like to have an answer as soon as possible. Thank you very much.

There is no biblical material that teaches reincarnation. Reincarnation comes from paganism—the idea of the transmigration of souls.
