        Do you believe that the Holy Spirit, Jesus and God are all one being?  Do you believe that when you are born again you are made a God or as God?  Do you believe that the only way to heaven for a woman is through her husband?

Answer:  Dear Jessica,

        PTM believes that God is one, existing eternally as three divine Persons.  God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit are one, yet separate, co-eternal and co-essential.

        When we are born again or born from above, we are given new life in Christ.  We are not God then, nor will we ever be God.  We are created, whereas God is uncreated.  We are mortal, he is immortal.

        We are all one in Christ.  Male and female, bond and free, Jew and Greek (Galatians 3:28).  There is one mediator between us and God--“the man Christ Jesus, who gave himself a ransom for all men…” (1 Timothy 2:5).  By God’s grace, women (as well as men), are welcome at God’s throne because of Christ— with or without their husbands, fathers, pastors, etc.
