Q/A: I have been wondering why so many pastors and teachers are teaching in 2 Thessalonians 2:7 that one who is taken out of the way is the Holy Spirit.  Because, if the Holy Spirit were taken out of the way, then there would not be any so-called Tribulation force or believers in the tribulation because the Holy Spirit is who convicts us and leads us to Jesus Christ to be saved. - Don

Q/A: Some Christians at work have wondered about the prophetic possibilities of the current U.S. action in Iraq.  While I don’t think that we can ever be sure about what God is going to do in the near term based on prophecy, I find it perplexing that people seem to assume the worst.  They believe that the end may be right around the corner.  I’ve pointed out to these people a surprising possibility. ... Consider that God could be bringing peace for a time to the Middle East.... When I entered the conversation that my religious co-worker started, I explained that the current situation could also be viewed from a prophetic viewpoint in which peace could come to the Middle East.  He added that over a hundred years ago Scofield (who wrote the Scofield Study Bible) did a historical study to see if that prophecy in Ezekiel was ever fulfilled.  Scofield concluded, he said, that it was never fulfilled. - Tom

Q/A: I have heard of two dates as to when the world will end.  I was wondering which one you believe— December 23, 2023 or September 2013?  Thanks. - Gina

Q/A: Do you think the rebirth of the nation of Israel in 1948 is a beginning to the fulfillment of the prophecy mentioned in Ezekiel 36-37? - Jeremy

Q/A: I have been studying Revelation in as much depth as I can.  I started with Daniel, went through Matthew, and now I’m into the 4th chapter of Revelation.  My question is this: how would you explain just what the Olivet Discourse is, if someone like myself asked you?  I only read it once and I want to read it again.  The other day someone had asked me what was involved with the Discourse but I was unsure just how to explain it, so I told that person I would get a professional answer for them.  I just wasn’t comfortable giving an answer that might be wrong and giving someone a false understanding of the way God meant it to be. - Nickie

Q/A: What are the qualifications for one to be considered a true prophet of God?  In my opinion, if you make predictions and you are not right 100% of the time you are a fraud. - Ron

Q/A: Doesn’t the Holy Bible prophesy that the entire world will be a dictatorship under anti-Christ?  So, if it’s a foregone conclusion that global dictatorship is destined to happen, how do you suppose that end will begin coming together?  Won’t engineered atrocities and their obligatory response be part of it all? - Joey

Q/A: Do you believe in the charagma, soon to be injected into the hand or forehead?  How do we refuse this mark? - Barry

Q/A: Could you explain the meaning of the “Abomination of Desolation” spoken of in Daniel 9, 11 and 12 and Mark 13:14?  (Especially the part about the 1290 days in Daniel 12:11.) - Don

Q/A: What do you think of this interpretation of the beasts of Daniel 7? / Lion with eagle’s wings—Great Britain with the U.S. coming out from her / Bear—Russia /  Leopard—Germany (with its 3 past Reichs and one still to come) / Fourth Beast—(dreadful and powerful)—Coming Beast Power / I have heard this interpretation on more than one occasion and tend to believe it.  This chapter seems to indicate that these nations would be on the earth at the return of our Lord, as all these nations are.  The animal symbols given in the chapter also resemble the symbols used by these modern nations as well. - Jeff

Q/A: Can you help with a question about the “great falling away”?  It is being talked about by several of the ladies in our study group lately.  I need to have facts on it.  There is no great falling away I can find in the Bible.  I need a way to handle the questions.  Thank you. - Shelba

Q/A: I am currently attending a fundamental, Bible-believing college and I still have yet to learn to answer this question. Do people get saved after the Tribulation begins? Does this mean that all who have heard the Gospel and rejected it before the Tribulation and live through the rapture do not get saved after the Tribulation begins? - Patricia

Q/A:  Where will Christians be during the tribulation? Can you please explain the pre-tribulation, mid-tribulation, post-tribulation and other ideas concerning this issue if you have any. Thank you very much for allowing me to just send you a question. God bless you. - Walter

Q/A: I was wondering if you are familiar with the writings of Clarence Larkin and his thoughts on dispensational Truths? And if so, what are your thoughts on this author. I have several of his books and I was wondering what your thoughts are? ... - Bob

Q/A: The Bible talks about Judgment Day. Is that day a literal day, or a span of time similar to a day being a thousand years? If you can, please supply Biblical references. - Dinu

Q/A: In regards to Matt. 24:19 – how does this apply or affect Christian families today and family planning? This scripture scares me about having a baby because what if while I’m pregnant or nursing the Great Tribulation starts? Does this scripture only affect those who are living in Jerusalem? - Tricia

Q/A: I have been doing a recent study of the book of Revelation.  Chapter 12 is about the origin of the church—the “woman” from her pre-existence to her escape from Satan’s wrath at the end time.  Secondly, the chapter also talks about the birth of Christ (the “man child”) through his sacrificial death and ascension into God’s throne where he is today, and thirdly, Satan the “dragon”, his exploits from the angelic rebellion to his persecution of the church before the second coming of Christ. If you can expound on this it would be helpful.  Needless to say, this is a book heavy in symbolism . Fred

Q/A: When Jesus mentions the Abomination of Desolation in Matthew 24, is he implying a Temple will be standing and in use during the tribulation?  I have heard it explained in two ways—that he was making reference to the fall of Jerusalem in 70 AD, and also that there will be a third temple built.  Also, what are your thoughts on an actual Antichrist coming into power? - Jeff
