Q/A: We have 3 beautiful children, but we have also had 4 miscarriages (three in the past eight months) and I mistakenly ended a teen pregnancy years ago as well.  I would like to know if the Bible gives an answer about whether my five babies will be resurrected.... - Christine

Q/A: What is your view on the quote that Jesus said that he would be in the grave 3 days and 3 nights.  I believe Jesus.  I do not believe that it was parts of days and nights like so many say. - Urban

Q/A: Thank you for your work.  I have a question which came to mind as I was reading Matthew 27:62-64.  By asking Pilate to post a guard at the tomb, did the chief priests and Pharisees demonstrate a more clear understanding of Jesus’ teaching (of his resurrection) than Jesus’ disciples?  It appears that they were allowed to understand certain aspects of the Lord’s teachings, especially his resurrection. - Fred

Q/A: At the resurrection do our bodies look the same as they do now?  A funeral parlor director told me that a body in the ground for many years is completely decomposed, not much different from one that has been cremated.  I know that God can still “re-create” us like those thousands instantly cremated in the Twin Towers , those who never made it out of the death camps and those who have died at sea and end up as a shark’s main course.  How about those who choose cremation? - Charles

Q/A: I have a question that has troubled me for some time. Regarding the resurrection of the end time: if the parents have the Holy Spirit dwelling within them at the time of Jesus’ return, what becomes of the children that remain that have not received the Holy Spirit? I would gratefully appreciate your response. - Ross

Q/A: I have a few questions.  A couple of Jehovah’s Witnesses came to my house the other day and brought up some stuff I was not sure of. They said they believe that if someone goes to hell, they will not burn for eternity.  Is that true?  They did not give my any biblical reference for that belief.  Instead, I found Revelation 20:14 that states if someone’s name is not written in the book of life they will be thrown into the lake of fire. Another question is they said that the Bible tells them to go from house to house.  They turned to Acts 20:20 but that did not seem justifiable to me. Another question is that I have heard that when I go to heaven I will not know my husband and daughter as husband and daughter.  I would like some clarification on that, if possible. Thank you for your time and attention. - Maria

Q/A: ...My query relates to Jesus’ raising of Lazarus from the dead.  Where was Lazarus’s spirit until Christ brought him back to life?  Since Jesus didn’t go to the Father’s side right away, how could the repentant thief be with Jesus in paradise the day they were crucified? - Joe

Q/A: Under "salvation" in your response to Ulysses, you stated an option #3: "Determine that some future time will be allotted for such evangelism because God’s plan was never to save the world during what we know as history. Some believe this – but there (sic) no biblical evidence for believing it. "Ezekiel 37:12-14: "Thus says the Lord God: O my people, I will open your graves and have you rise from them, and bring you back to the land of Israel. Then you will know that I am the Lord, when I open your graves and have you rise from them O my people!..." (Confraternity Version). If that is not biblical evidence (if not proof) for believing option #3, then why is it not? I appreciate your stimulating dialogue. - Stanley

Q/A: Thank you for answering my earlier question on Bible study. I have a more biblical question. My mother recently died and being an only child, we were very, very close. When God’s new kingdom comes, will our souls be reunited with the souls of our families and will we recognize each other? I know this may seem like an emotional human issue, but I just miss my mom so much that I was hoping that somewhere in the scriptures I could find the answer. - Bernard

Q/A: One question that I do not have a clear mind on is the subject of three resurrections. I believe three resurrections could be true, but I want to support my beliefs with scripture... - Nancy

Q/A: I was wondering if there is any biblical evidence as to what type of glorified body Christians will receive. Will it be flesh and bone without blood to give it life as its life is not in its blood but in God? I always thought it would be an immortal spirit body but now I am not sure. Is there evidence one way or the other on this in the Bible?... - Dave

Q/A: In John 5:28-29, it is stated that "….all who are in the graves will hear his voice…" and "…those who have done good, to the resurrection of life…." Does this mean that those who were not saved while alive (they did not have a chance to know Christ), but who lived "Godly lives" will be resurrected into heaven? i.e. do they get a "second chance?"  - Tak

Q/A:  Do Christians go directly to heaven upon their death? If so, why does the Bible talk about the good and bad being raised and judged on the last day when Jesus returns? Thank you! - John

Q/A: Recently I attended a Bible class. It was very inspiring except for one statement that was made by the teacher. He said that Jesus rose from the dead on the first day of the week (Sunday). I find this very contradictory to Bible teaching. I find it (based on what the good Book says) impossible for Jesus to be crucified on a Friday and raised from the dead on Sunday. Jesus said that he would be in his grave for three days and three nights, and he has stated that there are 24 hours in a day. Can you shed more light on this issue? Also – are there any of your booklets that explain this? If such a booklet exists, can I have it mailed to me?- Tyrone
