Nice job on using Photoshop to put your face on another's body (lead article, May 18th PTM Weekly Update). Forgive me, but that picture was hilarious. Of course the allegations the person made about you and PTM in their comment/question were article so outlandish that they were downright laughable. I've heard people call you a lot of things but porn star has to be the best to date! I don't know where this person got their information but I can say truthfully that you -- Greg Albrecht and Plain Truth Ministries has done more for me in my walk with Christ than my ex-pastors ever did. There is so much about Plain Truth Ministries and Greg Albrecht that the writer of the article doesn't have a clue about. I did enjoy reading your response to the writer showing him/her just how wrong they are. I encourage you to continue your work at Plain Truth Ministries -- please try not to let the fleeting fame of being a paper porn star interfere with your work! -- IllinoisI was truly saddened by the person who wrote you this letter and their perspective! God is NOT hidden inside a brick-and-mortar building, but the kingdom is inside each one of us. Jesus said this while talking to the Pharisees, so how much more is the kingdom to His faithful? The person who wrote this scathing accusation apparently follows traditions of men, not God. Christianity is not a religion. The word religion means "to bind" and God is freedom, not bondage. There is a pure and undefiled religion but it is nothing like what the word is used for today. Pure religion occurs when we we have faith and are given works. We are bound to Christ in freedom.
What is pure and undefiled religion? It is taking care of the widowed and orphaned, visiting the sick in their affliction, giving a drink to a thirsty man and other things as these. We could say "doing unto others, as we would have done to us." This is religion. It does not matter when, where or how we worship or praise God as long as it is from our hearts. Jesus was warning us two thousand years ago about religion and we still haven't got it yet. religion is knowing about God faith is knowing God personally. All praise and all glory to the Father and his Son Jesus!!! -- Oklahoma
